Job SummaryAaxis Nano Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager – Projects & Services to lead project execution and service operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, and Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution, installation, commissioning, and service operations.
Manage project timelines, resources, costs, quality, and deliverables.
Lead and mentor Project & • Service teams

.
Handle customer coordination, technical discussions, and escalations.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
Monitor service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and AMC activities.




Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Prepare project/service MIS and management reports.
Drive operational efficiency, team productivity, and project profitability.
Travel to customer and project sites as required.

Qualification & • Skills
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, E&T;, or related field.
12–15 years of relevant experience.
Solid Project Management and Service Operations experience.
Experience in Industrial Automation & • Instrumentation

Solid leadership, customer management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in Oil & • Gas, Refinery, Power, Process, EPC, or Industrial Projects preferred.
