Lead recent product development and process planning. Review 2D/3D drawings and select machines/processes. Prepare process plans, cycle-time estimates and setup requirements. Manage tooling, fixtures and workholding requirements. Coordinate CAM programming and first-piece trials. Handle development issues, RCA and CAPA. Prepare setup sheets, work instructions and tool lists. Support shop-floor handover and ensure NPD timelines.

Skills: MasterCAM / Siemens NX / Fusion 360 / EdgeCAM, G-code/M-code, Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi/Mazatrol, GD&T; and robust coordination skills.
