Role Description: Head- Interior Design & Execution , will lead end-to-end design for high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects, ensuring design excellence aligned with client requirements and brand standards. He or she must have DESIGN & BUILD experience and full understanding of MEP and other site execution. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves developing concept designs, space plans, and detailed layouts, including the selection of materials, finishes, and FF&E; for premium interiors.

The Senior Interior

Designer will prepare and review construction drawings, coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams,



and monitor design implementation to maintain quality and timelines.

Responsibilities include client presentations, design revisions, and close collaboration with project management to ensure feasibility, budget adherence, and smooth execution. The role also requires mentoring junior designers, contributing to design standards, and staying updated on contemporary trends, sustainable practices, and innovative materials.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Several years of experience in high-end or large-scale interior projects, preferably in residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Excellent design communication, client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
