Key Responsibilities:
Identify and shortlist relevant Instagram influencers/content creators for brand collaborations • Manage end-to-end influencer onboarding — outreach, negotiation, briefing, and agreement coordination • Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers and creator agencies
Coordinate content timelines, briefs, and deliverables with influencers to ensure timely posting on Instagram
Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare simple reports




Assist in reviewing and editing influencer/UGC video content (Reels) for brand alignment before publishing
Support in repurposing influencer content for the brand's own Instagram page and ad campaigns
Stay updated on trending Instagram formats, Reels, and influencer marketing best practices
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign briefs, budgets, and creative direction Required

Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — for influencer outreach and negotiation • Solid creative sense with an eye for engaging, trend-relevant content
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) — mandatory
Prior experience or strong interest in influencer onboarding/relationship management
Active understanding of Instagram and its content/creator trends (Reels, Stories, collaborations)
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple influencers/creators simultaneously • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking outreach and campaign data
