Hiring | Oracle HCM Integration Developer (Remote/Hybrid)

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party/business applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Work on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Quick Formula, PL/SQL and Oracle HCM data transformations.
Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML and JSON.
Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization and production support.
Prepare technical specifications, design documents and integration documentation.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors and external partners on integration solutions.
Ensure data security, accuracy, error handling and adherence to integration best practices.




Mentor and guide technical resources on Oracle HCM and OIC integration development.

Experience
5+ years of overall technology development experience.
3+ years of Oracle HCM integration development experience.
3+ years of Oracle database/PLSQL development experience.
2+ years of experience with OCI/OIC.
Hands-on experience across the SDLC and implementation lifecycle.
