We’re looking for a highly capable Junior Unreal Engine 5 Developer to join our team and work on a technically ambitious, cinematic game.

Build and maintain complex gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5
Develop with C++ and Blueprints, with an emphasis on clean, scalable architecture
Implement gameplay, AI, interaction, animation, and multiplayer systems
Create and polish cinematic sequences using Sequencer, cameras, animation, lighting, and timing
Debug, profile, and optimize systems to production quality
Work closely with designers and artists to turn creative ideas into polished gameplay
Use AI and MCP tools intelligently for development, debugging, research, and problem solving

Robust Unreal Engine 5 skills. This is the most important requirement
Solid programming and systems thinking ability
Strong C++ and advanced Blueprint knowledge
Good understanding of AI, animation,



interaction, networking, and Unreal’s Gameplay Framework
Excellent attention to detail and a robust sense of polish
Understanding of cinematography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
Familiarity with MCP and AI assisted development is a strong advantage
Most importantly, valuable taste and cultural curiosity. Our game draws heavily from cinema, literature, history, art, and visual storytelling
