Frontend Engineer – SDE-3 /n About the Role. /n We are looking for a Frontend Engineer – SDE-3 who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance, and customer-facing web applications. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of frontend features, contribute to architectural decisions, and help deliver seamless user experiences at scale. /n Key Responsibilities. /n /n

- Design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.

/n

- Own frontend modules and features end-to-end, from requirement analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

/n

- Build reusable UI components and contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions.

/n

- Work extensively with JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and modern frontend technologies.

/n

- Integrate multiple backend services and REST APIs to build seamless customer-facing experiences.

/n

- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

/n

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, UI issues, and complex technical challenges.

/n

- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, testable, and well-documented code.

/n

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to peers.

/n

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving engineering practices and development standards.

/n

- Drive frontend best practices across performance, scalability, accessibility, security, and maintainability.

- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system and frontend architecture decisions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features within defined timelines.

/n /n Must-Have Qualifications & Skills. /n /n

- 6–8 years of experience in frontend/web development.

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

/n

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development.

/n





- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

/n

- Good experience with Redux or other state-management solutions.

/n

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser fundamentals.

/n

- Experience with modern styling technologies such as SASS/SCSS, Tailwind CSS, or CSS-in-JS.

/n

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and frontend-backend integration.

/n

- Experience with frontend performance optimization, profiling, and debugging.

/n

- Good understanding of Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.

/n

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

/n

- Ability to independently own, break down, and deliver complex frontend features.

- Experience building high-traffic, customer-facing B2C applications.

- Experience working on hybrid applications or mobile-web experiences.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools.

- Experience in e-commerce, health-tech, fintech, food-tech, quick-commerce, or other consumer internet products.
