About the Role :

We are looking for a Frontend Architect / Lead Engineer who lives and breathes code. This isn't a role for someone who wants to delegate; it is for a technical heavyweight who wants to own the core product development, define architecture patterns, and build scalable, user centric applications from the ground up.

You will join a fast paced environment where we ship high quality code under tight timelines. You will be expected to take full ownership of the frontend ecosystem, ensuring operational excellence and top-tier performance.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Architect & Build: Design and implementation of complex, scalable frontend systems using React and Next.js.
- Heavyweight Coding: Spend the majority of your time writing high-quality, production-ready code.



You should be comfortable solving complex problems using productive Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Performance Engineering: Own web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) and implement advanced optimization techniques to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Establish and enforce industry best practices for coding standards, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
- End-to-End Ownership: Participate in the full SDLC - from initial ideation and architectural design to deployment and production monitoring on AWS.

Qualifications :

- The Deep Diver: You have spearheaded at least one large-scale, complex frontend project. You can explain every architectural decision, trade-off, and line of code in a deep-dive technical discussion.
- You have at least 7 years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on high-traffic frontend applications.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, and AWS is essential for full-stack collaboration.
- Architectural Fluency: A solid understanding of modern frontend patterns (Micro-frontends, Server-Side Rendering, State Management, etc.).
- Optimization Expert: Proven experience in optimizing application load times, rendering performance, and resource management.
- Grit & Speed: You thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy the challenge of meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
