nSalary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience

nDuty hours: 11 hours per day

nFood: One meal included per duty day

nLocal candidates with relevant hotel front office experience preferred.

nResponsibilities

- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest enquiries.
n
- Manage billing, payment collections and guest records.
n
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant teams.
n
- Handle guest concerns professionally.
n
- Promote room upgrades and hotel services.
n
- Maintain daily reports and proper shift handovers.
n

nRequirements

n

n
- Relevant hotel front office experience.
n
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
n
- Computer proficiency; Djubo or similar hotel software knowledge preferred.
n
- Courteous, organised and guest-focused.
