Role Description & Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance Process Composer Automation Web using modern front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Contribute to a scalable backbone for automation and AI/ML workflows.
- Build intuitive, high-performance web experiences for complex engineering and simulation processes.
- Collaborate with backend, platform, simulation, and AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Enable Gen 7 / AI capabilities within Process Composer.
- Integrate GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation capabilities into the product.
- Develop reusable UI components and scalable front-end architecture for enterprise applications.
- Contribute to product architecture, technical design, code reviews, quality, and performance improvements.
- Drive the evolution of Process Composer toward an Gen7 based intelligent engineering automation platform.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Lit Elements or any other framework along with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern web application development.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Python,



or ML frameworks is highly desirable.
- Robust software engineering, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for AI-driven engineering automation.
