Job Responsibilities
Assist with data entry and maintenance of logistics records and databases.
Support the tracking and monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments.
Participate in inventory management activities, including stock checks and discrepancy resolution.
Prepare and compile reports related to logistics performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and optimize processes.
Learn and apply company procedures and policies related to logistics and supply chain.




Contribute to general administrative tasks within the logistics department.

Job Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a solid commitment to accuracy.
Prior exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
