About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, high-energy Founder's Office Intern to join us at Falchion Xeniaa Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will work side-by-side with the leadership team, gaining a rare, unfiltered look into how an early-stage company is built, scaled, and managed. This is not a traditional behind-the-scenes internship; you will take charge of real operations, unblock critical workflows, and help drive day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founders on day-to-day strategic and operational tasks.
- Assist in business planning, execution, and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate across teams and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and help resolve them proactively.
- Support hiring coordination, team communication, and follow-ups.
- Help manage internal operations and improve overall efficiency.




- Participate in discussions related to business strategy and decision-making.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them end-to-end.
