Open Positions

- Senior Position: 5–15 years total experience, with minimum 2+ years of relevant FircoSoft experience
- Junior Position: 2–4 years total experience, with minimum 6+ months of relevant FircoSoft experience

Candidates may be considered for either level based on total experience and depth of FircoSoft expertise.

Location

- Primary: Pune
- Secondary: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai
- Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week from office

Joining Requirement

- Only immediate joiners / candidates with 0–15 days notice period
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- For immediate joiners, employment gap should not be more than 4 months.

Role Overview

We are looking for FircoSoft Developers with strong hands-on experience in FircoSoft Sanctions Screening, along with mandatory expertise in Java, SQL, and Unix.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, troubleshooting and supporting FircoSoft-based sanctions screening solutions in an enterprise environment.

The role requires solid technical understanding of sanctions screening workflows, application development, database queries and Unix-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, enhance and maintain FircoSoft Sanctions Screening solutions.
- Work on sanctions screening applications, workflows, rules and related integrations.
- Develop and maintain applications/components using Java.
- Write, optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries for application and production support requirements.
- Work extensively in Unix/Linux environments for application deployment, troubleshooting and support.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes and implement appropriate fixes.
- Perform application debugging, issue resolution and performance troubleshooting.
- Work with cross-functional teams including business, QA, infrastructure and application support teams.
- Participate in development, testing, deployment and production support activities.




- Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, integrations and defect resolution.
- Follow development, testing, documentation and release management standards.

Mandatory Technical Skills

All four skill areas are mandatory:

1. FircoSoft / FircoSoft Sanctions Screening
2. Java
3. SQL
4. Unix / Linux

Candidates without relevant hands-on FircoSoft experience should not be considered. Senior Position – Experience Criteria

- Total Experience: 5–15 years
- Relevant FircoSoft Experience: Minimum 2+ years
- Strong hands-on experience in FircoSoft Sanctions Screening.
- Strong Java development experience.
- Good SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Unix/Linux experience.
- Should be comfortable handling technical issues independently.
- Good understanding of enterprise application development and production support.

Interview Process L1 → L2 → Client Round → Managerial Round

Junior Position – Experience Criteria

- Total Experience: 2–4 years
- Relevant FircoSoft Experience: Minimum 6+ months
- Hands-on exposure to FircoSoft Sanctions Screening.
- Strong Java fundamentals/development experience.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Good Unix/Linux knowledge.
- Should have strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Candidates should be willing to work in a hybrid environment.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have hands-on FircoSoft Sanctions Screening experience combined with strong Java, SQL and Unix/Linux skills. Candidates should have experience working on enterprise applications and be comfortable with development, debugging, production support and issue resolution.

Important: FircoSoft + Java + SQL + Unix are mandatory skills. Candidates who meet only some of these criteria should not be shortlisted.
