Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Ensure timely and accurate GL accounting and closure by the finance/accounting

/n

- teams across locations.

/n

- Drive monthly financial closure, including review of provisions, accruals,

/n

- reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.

/n

- Review and ensure timely completion of intercompany reconciliations and

/n

- confirmations.

/n

- Coordinate and facilitate internal audits, statutory audits, and other financial

/n

- reviews.

/n

- Ensure timely preparation and quarterly publishing of financial statements and

/n

- management reports.

/n

- Establish and monitor appropriate accounting controls, processes, and compliance

/n

- across the organization.

/n

- Review financial accounting and reporting for accuracy, completeness, and

/n

- adherence to applicable accounting standards.

/n

- Work closely with business, finance, tax, treasury, and other stakeholders to

/n

- resolve accounting and reporting issues.

/n





- Lead and mentor the accounting team and ensure clear accountability for timely

/n

- deliverables.

/n

- Support the CFO & Management with reporting, controls, and other strategic

/n

- finance initiatives.

/n

- Ensure that all statutory dues are filed on timely basis.

/n /n Desired Profile: /n /n

- CA with relevant experience in financial controllership.

/n

- Typically, 5 to 8+ years of experience, preferably in a large-scale retail, jewellery,

/n

- FMCG, or multi-location organization.

/n

- Robust experience in GL accounting, month-end closure, financial reporting,

/n

- audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.

/n

- Experience in managing teams.

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management

/n

- skills.

/n

- Experience with ERP systems and large-volume transaction environments will be preferred.
