This hands-on role involves installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced testing systems at customer sites across India, with opportunities for international travel. /n The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, practical engineer with strong problem-solving and communication skills who enjoys working directly with customers and travelling to industrial sites. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Install, commission, and maintain VMCIS High-Speed Data Acquisition and Control Testing Systems at customer facilities.

/n

- Provide onsite and remote technical support via telephone, email, and remote desktop tools.

/n

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.

/n

- Develop and configure vehicle testing software and test sequences using VMCIS proprietary applications.

/n

- Deliver customer training on the operation, maintenance, and configuration of VMCIS testing systems.

/n

- Collaborate with engineering teams on domestic and international installation projects.

/n

- Maintain accurate service documentation and provide timely technical reports.

/n

- Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.





/n /n /n Key Requirements /n /n

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or a related Engineering discipline.

/n

- 2–5 years of relevant engineering or field service experience.

/n

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

/n

- Practical experience working with electromechanical equipment and hand tools.

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

/n

- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

/n

- A proactive, customer-focused approach with solid organisational skills.

/n

- Confidence working in heavy industrial and manufacturing environments.
