Role Description The Export Coordinator will manage day-to-day export operations, including preparing export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics partners, and ensuring timely shipment of orders. The role involves communicating with international clients, tracking consignments, handling customs-related paperwork, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and compliance documents.

The Export

Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams for order processing, inventory checks, and resolving shipment-related issues, while supporting continuous improvement of export processes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Thane (W), Mumbai,



where the team member will work partly from the office and partly from home as per business needs.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and basic customs regulations, with experience coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word), and comfort working with ERP or export management systems.
- Solid communication skills for interacting with international clients and internal teams, including clear written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in export coordination, logistics, supply chain, or international trade is preferred.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, showing reliability, self-discipline, and comfort working both independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with aromatic, consumer goods, or related industries will be considered a plus.
