Role Description The Executive/Senior Executive – Credentialing is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing provider credentialing and re-credentialing with insurance payers and networks, ensuring accurate and timely submission of applications, updates, and documentation. Daily activities include collecting and validating provider information, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking application status, and maintaining up-to-date credentialing databases.

The position also requires monitoring expirations of licenses and certifications, resolving discrepancies or compliance issues,



and preparing regular status reports for management. Collaboration with revenue cycle and operations teams is essential to support smooth onboarding of providers and minimize delays in reimbursements.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of healthcare provider credentialing processes, payer enrollment, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with credentialing software or databases and proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with providers, payers, and internal teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve credentialing issues or data discrepancies.
- Prior experience in healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, or medical billing/credentialing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in healthcare, business, or related fields is an advantage.
