Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Enterprise LAN and WLAN settings. - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba LAN and switching infrastructure. - Support Data Center networking including up-to-date architectures such as SpineLeaf and VXLAN. - Implement and manage Layer2 and Layer3 technologies including STP and VLANs. - Operate and support Aruba Wireless solutions, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Manage Firewall security using Palo Alto, including zoning and segmentation. - Administer Aruba ClearPass for Network Access Control (NAC), authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement. - Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in line with ITIL processes. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support continuous service improvement. - Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams,
and configuration records. - Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, vendors, and stakeholders during transitions and BAU operations.
