About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Voice Networking / Unified Communications Engineer to provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC and Ribbon PSX, along with positive knowledge of SIP-based voice communication.

The role will focus on voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability of the enterprise telephony environment.

Preferred candidates should have hands-on experience with:




Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Cisco Unity Connection
Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC)
Ribbon PSX
Voice infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and incident management

Desired Skills:
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage high risk production changes with precision
Excellent organization, documentation, and time management skills
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
Comfortable operating in fast paced, capacity constrained environments
