- Manage day-to-day communication with clients N
- Understand client vision, requirements, and expectations N
- Coordinate internally with planning, décor, and operations teams N
- Support in proposal creation, presentations, and planning timelines N
- Ensure a high-touch, premium client experience throughout the wedding journey N

- Strong experience in Client Services and Client Relations in luxury weddings N
- Solid presentation & pitch skills N
- Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service N




- Excellent Communicationskills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients N
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills for handling complex events N
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external vendors N
- Past experience in event planning, hospitality, or luxury services is an advantage N
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field N
- Must be based in Mumbai N
