Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for Online and Offline Tutors based in Kozhikode, with flexibility to perform some duties from home.

Online

Tutors will conduct live tutoring sessions, clarify subject concepts, and guide students through practice problems and assignments using digital tools and learning platforms. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans or session outlines, tailoring explanations to different learning styles, and monitoring student progress. Tutors will also provide constructive feedback,



maintain accurate records of sessions, and communicate with students and guardians as needed to support academic goals.

Qualifications
Robust subject-matter expertise in one or more academic areas (such as Mathematics, Science, English, or Social Studies).
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic computer applications.
Effective communication, active listening, and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
Organizational skills, time management, and the ability to plan engaging, structured tutoring sessions.
Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is preferred, especially in an online or hybrid setting.
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a relevant academic program; higher qualifications are an advantage.
