ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Nykaa Beauty Process. Candidates should have positive communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries and providing effective solutions.

Positive verbal and written communication
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Active listening and skilled communication
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Versant 5+ required

SALARY
Freshers: NAPS – ₹21,200 Take Home | No CTC
Experienced: ₹28,000 CTC
₹27,000 Take Home without PF
₹23,000 Take Home with PF

? SHIFT:
Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
1 Rotational Week Off

INTERVIEW ROUNDS
