Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai Duration: 6–12 months (extendable based on performance and engagement needs) Experience: 6–9 years About the Role: We're hiring an Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant for a high-visibility Application Managed Services engagement. This is a quick-paced, high-touch client workplace requiring robust functional expertise, technical troubleshooting skills, and the flexibility to work across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities - Provide techno-functional support across Oracle EBS Finance modules: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements within SLAs, using ITSM tools for tracking and management
Support bolt-on/boundary applications integrated with EBS, including AWS, Scala, and Spark-based components
Work night shifts or rotational shifts aligned to client time zones




Serve as a key client-facing point of contact, communicating clearly on critical and escalated issues
Manage multiple concurrent priorities in a high-burning engagement
Drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues to reduce escalations
Stay composed and qualified in situations that escalate to C-suite/client leadership Required Skills & Experience - 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance (AR, AP, GL)
Prior experience in AMS/high-touch client engagements
Techno-functional skill set — comfortable with functional configuration and technical debugging
Exposure to AWS, Scala, and Spark or similar bolt-on/boundary technologies
Positive ITSM experience, particularly hands-on with Jira
Robust client communication skills, including experience handling executive-level escalations
Ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure
Willingness to work night/rotational shifts and travel to Gurgaon if required
