- Design, build, and maintain SaaS integrations and automation workflows N
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions N
- Define integration logic, data flows, and transformation rules between systems N
- Implement monitoring, error handling, retries, alerts, and logging for production integrations N
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to workflow logic, data flow, and platform behavior N
- Optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability N
- Work across multiple iPaaS platforms and adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks N
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and manage change requests N
- Document integration workflows, configurations, and operational procedures N
- Ensure integrations follow security, access control,



and data handling best practices N
- Take ownership of assigned integrations and ensure ongoing stability and support N
- Continuously learn and adopt new automation, integration, and AI-related tools N
- Willing to work in shift (PST - rotation) N

- Experience working withSaaS applications and cloud-based systems N
- Understanding of integration concepts, automation logic, and data flows N

- Good communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven attitude N
