Plant Head – Manufacturing Operations /n Location: Mumbai /n Department: Operations / Manufacturing /n Reporting To: COO /n Experience: 20–25 Years /n Role Overview /n We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, plant performance and people management. The role will oversee production, maintenance, quality, logistics and other plant functions. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
Lead overall plant operations covering Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Stores, HR and EHS .

Drive production targets through optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.

/n
Monitor key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, yield, downtime, wastage and rework .

/n
Manage production planning and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

/n
Lead cross-functional teams and drive a high-performance culture.

/n
Ensure quality systems and compliance with ISO, BIS, ASTM and applicable standards .

/n
Drive preventive/predictive maintenance and maximize plant uptime.

/n
Lead cost reduction, lean manufacturing, energy saving and waste reduction initiatives.

Ensure EHS,



statutory and industrial-relations compliance.

Lead CapEx, greenfield/brownfield and continuous-improvement projects .

/n
Drive manufacturing excellence through Kaizen, 5S, TPM and Six Sigma .

/n /n Candidate Profile /n /n
20–25 years of experience in Manufacturing / Plant Operations.

/n
Minimum 10 years in a plant/manufacturing leadership role .

/n
Solid preference for candidates from Glass Processing, Architectural Glass, Façade, Automotive Glass or Auto Ancillary manufacturing .

/n
Experience handling Greenfield/Brownfield plants would be an advantage.

/n
Robust knowledge of production systems, SAP/ERP, ISO and Lean Manufacturing .

/n
Engineering qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related discipline .

/n
Solid people leadership, decision-making, crisis management and execution capabilities.

/n /n Key Performance Indicators /n Production volume & yield, OTIF delivery, manufacturing cost, machine uptime, breakdown hours, customer complaints, employee productivity and retention.
