Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ORM (Online Reputation Management) Lead to manage and strengthen the organisation’s online reputation across media platforms, government-related digital ecosystems, social media, and online communities.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring online conversations, identifying reputation risks, managing responses to negative or sensitive content, and coordinating with internal editorial, digital, PR and government-relations teams to ensure a solid and credible online presence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the organisation’s Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategy across digital and social media platforms.
Monitor news portals, social media, search engines, forums and online conversations for mentions of the organisation, leadership and key stakeholders.




Track positive, negative and sensitive conversations and identify potential reputation risks at an early stage.
Develop timely response and escalation strategies for negative comments, misinformation, fake news and reputational issues.
Coordinate with media houses, journalists, government agencies, PR teams and relevant stakeholders for reputation-related matters.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with relevant media and government communication teams.
Monitor government announcements, policy discussions and public sentiment that may impact the organisation’s reputation.
Prepare daily/weekly ORM reports, sentiment analysis and reputation dashboards for senior management.
