Job Summary: /n /n Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Deputy Sales Manager to lead the Direct Channel business for our Insurance vertical in Meerut/Agra. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in field sales, team management, and business development, with the ability to drive regional sales performance and manage large multi-level teams. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n /n

- Drive regional business growth and achieve sales targets for the Insurance business.

/n

- Lead and manage a large field sales team comprising:

/n

- Assistant Managers (AM)

/n

- Team Leaders (TL)

/n

- Field Sales Executives (FSE)

/n

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.

/n

- Monitor team performance, productivity, and target achievement.

/n

- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.

/n

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

/n

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.

/n

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

/n /n /n Desired Candidate Profile /n /n





- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.

/n

- Proven experience in managing regional sales operations and multi-layer field sales teams.

/n

- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.

/n

- Experience in Direct Channel (Open Market) sales is mandatory.

/n

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

/n

- Handled more than 200+ employees.

/n

- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

- 6 Days Working

/n

- Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days

- One rotational weekly off.
