To manage and support the day-to-day operations of AIFs, ensuring smooth execution of fund activities, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end AIF operational activities, including onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions and investor servicing.
n
- Coordinate with Fund Managers, Investment Teams, Fund Administrators, Custodians, RTA, Auditors and other service providers.
n
- Monitor and process investor transactions, capital account statements and fund-related documentation.
n
- Ensure timely and accurate NAV, portfolio and fund-level data reconciliation.
n
- Coordinate with the fund administrator for NAV computation, expense booking and investor reporting.
n
- Maintain and review fund records, MIS, operational reports and investor data.
n
- Support preparation of investor statements, periodic reports and management MIS.
n
- Ensure adherence to applicable SEBI AIF regulations, fund documents and internal operational processes.
n
- Assist in audit, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
n
- Monitor cash flows, fund expenses,



management fees and other operational transactions.
n
- Identify and resolve operational breaks, reconciliation issues and transaction discrepancies.
n
- Support new fund launches, investor onboarding and process implementation.
n
- Continuously improve operational processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency and turnaround time.

nDesired Skills & Experience:

n

n

n
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in AIF Operations
n
- Good understanding of AIF structures, fund operations and investment products.
n
- Knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations and fund-related documentation would be an advantage.
n
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel;

experience with financial/fund management systems is preferred.

n
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
n
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities within timelines.
n
- Experience in coordinating with Fund Administrators, Custodians, RTA and Auditors will be preferred.
