About the Role

Outpace Consultancy is hiring German Language Experts for our client support operations in New Town, Kolkata. This opportunity is open to freshers with strong language proficiency who want to utilize their German skills in a global business process environment while delivering high-quality support to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients via written or voice channels to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Translate, process, and document customer interaction details accurately in English and German within internal databases.
- Maintain excellent response quality, adhering to process guidelines and response time standards.




- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Open to Freshers (Graduates and Undergraduates across any stream).
- Strong command of the German Language (equivalent to B1/B2 level or higher preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Basic computer proficiency, solid problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work rotational shifts.

Compensation & Perks

- Annual Package (CTC): ₹3.8 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: ~₹24,000 / month
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,400 / month
- Transport: One-way cab facility provided
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off
- Shift Details: Rotational shifts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
