nTwo7 Address Makers is a boutique luxury real estate developer based in Bhubaneswar, building premium residential towers including Merlot Heights, Merak Heights, and Magnaura Heights.

NWe are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions across the customer journey - from first walk-in to post-booking support - based out of our Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office.

NResponsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and follow-ups
N
- Welcome and coordinate walk-in clients and scheduled site visits
N
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM
N
- Follow up with clients on documentation, payments,



and booking status
N
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams to resolve client queries
N
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers post-booking
N

nRequirements

N
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
N
- Excellent communicationskills in English and Odia;

Hindi is a plus

n
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
N
- Presentable, customer-first attitude
N
- Willingness to work across Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office, including weekends
