/n Full-time | Entry level | 0-2 years experience /n About the job /n Two7 Address Makers is a boutique luxury real estate developer based in Bhubaneswar, building premium residential towers including Merlot Heights, Merak Heights, and Magnaura Heights. /n We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions across the customer journey - from first walk-in to post-booking support - based out of our Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office. /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and follow-ups

/n

- Welcome and coordinate walk-in clients and scheduled site visits

/n

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM

/n

- Follow up with clients on documentation, payments,



and booking status

/n

- Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams to resolve client queries

/n

- Maintain long-term relationships with customers post-booking

/n /n Requirements /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

/n

- Excellent communication skills in English and Odia; Hindi is a plus

/n

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

/n

- Presentable, customer-first attitude

/n

- Willingness to work across Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office, including weekends
