nWe are hiring Customer Sales Associates for an International Voice at our Gurugram location. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced BPO workplace.

nnKey Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls for international clients professionally and efficiently

- Understand customer requirements and help them with best available options
n
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
n
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters
n
- Document customer interactions appropriately

nnEligibility Criteria:

- Undergraduate/Graduate freshers are eligible to apply
n
- Graduates with experience in International Voice BPO domain are also welcome
n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
n
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
n
- BPO Sales experience preferred.
n

nnWork Schedule:

- 5 days working
n
- 2 rotational weekly offs
n
- Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
