M Prince Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Head to take overall responsibility for planning, execution and successful completion of multiple interior and turnkey projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in commercial interiors, retail fit-outs and turnkey projects, with the ability to manage teams, contractors, vendors, timelines, quality and project costs.

Key Responsibilities:
Take overall ownership of project planning and execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from commencement to handover.
Plan project timelines, manpower, materials and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Review drawings, BOQs, work orders and project requirements.
Identify project risks, delays and execution issues and take corrective action.
Supervise Project Engineers and site execution teams.
Coordinate closely with Purchase,



Accounts and Management.
Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability at sites.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide management with progress reports.
Ensure proper documentation, billing milestones and project closure.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or relevant field.
7–12+ years of experience in interior/fit-out/turnkey project execution.
Robust knowledge of commercial interiors and retail projects is preferred.
Excellent project planning, coordination and team-management skills.
Strong understanding of BOQ, drawings, measurements, materials and execution.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently take ownership of projects, build accountability within the team and consistently deliver projects on time and with quality.
