nKey Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, references, and other available sources.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.n
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.n
- Follow up with interested customers and ensure successful conversions.n
- Maintain daily reports of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.n
- Coordinate with the sales team and manager to achieve business goals.n

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.n
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.n
- Ability to build relationships with customers.n
- Previous experience in field sales, BFSI, insurance, fintech, loans, or financial products will be an added advantage.n
