Safety Saarthi is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and coordinate fire safety projects from planning through execution and commissioning.

The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of fire safety systems, project execution, team coordination and site management, along with the ability to ensure projects are completed within the planned timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and execute fire safety projects from concept to commissioning.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
Supervise project activities at site and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
Monitor installation of fire protection and firefighting systems.
Ensure project work follows approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
Coordinate material requirements, procurement and timely availability at site.
Monitor project timelines, quality and resource utilisation.
Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.
Coordinate testing,



commissioning and project handover activities.
Prepare and maintain project-related reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards and project requirements.
Manage and guide site teams and subcontractors.

Good understanding of fire fighting and fire protection systems.

Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

Good knowledge of site execution and project documentation.

Who Can Apply?Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant project management/site execution experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fire Safety or a related field are encouraged to apply.
