Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves engaging with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable property options from the HiLITE portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property tours, explaining project features and pricing, and guiding clients through the booking and documentation process.

Consultant will handle inquiries, respond to leads, maintain accurate records of client interactions,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also includes achieving sales targets, participating in promotional activities, and providing market feedback to support business development.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs and match them with appropriate projects.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and maintain skilled relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing transactions.
Relevant experience in property consulting, real estate sales, or related fields is highly beneficial.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market in Kochi and Kerala is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours when required, and maintain a client-focused approach.
Proficiency in English and local languages, along with basic computer and CRM skills, is preferred.
A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an added advantage.
