Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager Mortgage to manage and drive the home loan/mortgage business while leading a team of sales professionals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing customer relationships, developing sourcing channels, and ensuring effective team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Mortgage/Loan Sales executives.
Drive home loan and mortgage loan business through direct and channel sales.
Generate recent business through DSA, connectors, builders, brokers, and other sourcing channels .
Manage customer relationships from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, conversions, and achievement of targets.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
Ensure proper documentation, credit coordination, and timely processing of loan applications.




Identify new business opportunities and expand the market/customer base.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 38 years in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP / Housing Finance sales.
Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the mortgage/home loan sales process.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Robust target orientation and ability to manage a sales team.
Experience in handling DSA/Channel/Builder relationships will be an advantage.
