nMain Purpose:

nTo facilitate the planning, coordination, and implementation of CSR initiatives and ensure the smooth execution of CSR interventions and community development programmes in line with approved budgets and proposals.

n

nJob Accountabilities:

n

- Support the identification and development of Community Development Plans at the KGD6 community level.
n
- Implement approved CSR initiatives and community development interventions.
n
- Sensitize and engage communities on the Company’s CSR vision and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life and socio-economic well-being of local communities, while fostering a positive perception of the organization.
n
- Drive social inclusion and community engagement through CSR interventions and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
n
- Ensure continuous engagement with target beneficiaries and communities to assess the realization of intended perks and the effectiveness of CSR interventions.
n
- Provide inputs for CSR planning and budgeting in line with the Company’s CSR philosophy and JV partners’ CSR policies.
n




- Ensure the effective implementation of CSR interventions and community development programmes to achieve their stated objectives and intended outcomes.
n

nSkills Required:

n

n
- CSR planning and budgeting, including the timely submission of inputs for budget approval by March for the ensuing financial year.
n
- Strong orientation towards community development and stakeholder engagement.
n
- Knowledge of local traditions, community systems, and socio-economic dynamics.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and liaison skills with communities, NGOs, Government Authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
n
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
n

nQualification

n

n
- Graduate degree with an MA in Social Work or an MBA.
n
- Knowledge of the local language is essential.
n

n

nExperience

n

n
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in CSR, community development, social development, or related areas.
n
