We are looking to engage a highly experienced, accomplished and results-oriented Advocate with 9–10 years of substantial, hands-on litigation experience to join our legal team on a full time and exclusive basis.

This opportunity is intended for a litigation skilled who possesses strong courtroom exposure, sound legal acumen, independent case-handling capabilities and the ability to formulate and execute effective litigation strategies.

? KEY REQUIREMENTS• 9–10 years of professional legal experience, with a substantial and consistent focus on core litigation throughout the candidate’s career.

- LL.B. and LL.M. from a Tier-1 Law College/University.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in:

- Civil Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Consumer Litigation
- Arbitration

• Extensive practical knowledge of court procedures, pleadings, filing processes, procedural law, case management and litigation strategy.

- Excellent command over:

- Legal Research
- Legal Drafting
- Plaint, Written Statements, Applications & Replies
- Appeals, Petitions and Other Pleadings
- Case Preparation
- Court Arguments and Oral Advocacy
- Legal Opinions and Strategic Advice

• Ability to independently handle litigation matters from initial consultation and strategy formulation through drafting, filing, hearings, arguments and final disposal.

- Strong understanding of both procedural and substantive aspects of law, with the ability to apply the same effectively to complex factual and legal issues.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse disputes, identify material legal issues, assess litigation risks and develop practical, result-oriented strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.




- Strong courtroom presence and confidence in independently appearing, arguing and conducting matters before courts, tribunals, commissions and arbitral forums.
- Full-time and exclusive engagement is mandatory. Candidates pursuing independent practice, parallel employment, consultancy or other professional engagements will not be considered.
