We are looking for accomplished scientific leaders who are passionate about combining AI, computational biology, molecular sciences, and experimental R&D; to solve complex challenges and translate scientific innovation into real-world impact.

1️⃣ Lead – Computational Biology
Lead the computational biology strategy across bioinformatics, genomics, NGS analytics, multi-omics, and viral evolution to generate actionable insights for vaccine R&D.;
Key Focus Areas:
- Define computational biology strategy and roadmap.
- Build and strengthen NGS analytics and bioinformatics capabilities.
- Advance viral evolution, strain prediction, and biological intelligence.
- Apply predictive modelling, GenAI, LLMs, and biological foundation models.
- Partner with experimental scientists to translate complex biological data into actionable R&D; insights.
What We're Looking For:
- PhD with 10–15 years of experience in bioinformatics, genomics, NGS, viral evolution, and AI/ML.
- Strong expertise in multi-omics, predictive modelling, GenAI/LLMs, and biological foundation models.
- Strong scientific leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
2️⃣ Lead – Computational Design
Pioneer AI-driven molecular and sequence design, including mRNA, using GenAI and foundation models to transform the way medicines and biologics are designed.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead AI/ML-driven molecular and sequence design, including mRNA.
- Apply LLMs, GenAI,
and foundation models to life sciences.
- Integrate computational and experimental insights through design–test–learn cycles.
- Lead scientific teams to deliver impactful R&D; outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- 10–15 years of experience in computational/molecular design, AI/ML, and pharmaceutical R&D;.
- Solid hands-on expertise with sound scientific judgement and execution focus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate AI advances into real-world pharmaceutical or biologics applications.
- Passion for using computational innovation to accelerate medicines development.
3️⃣ Lead – Molecular Modeling & Virtual Screening
Apply AI/ML, structural biology, molecular simulations, and computational methods to accelerate discovery, candidate prioritization, and vaccine innovation.
Key Focus Areas:
- Define the strategy for AI-enabled molecular modelling and virtual screening.
- Apply molecular simulations, structure prediction, and binding-interaction modelling.
- Explore generative AI approaches for virtual screening and molecular discovery.
- Integrate computational predictions with experimental R&D; workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 10–15 years of experience in structural biology, molecular docking, protein modelling, and AI/ML.
- Strong expertise in computational chemistry, biophysics, molecular simulations, and HPC workflows.
- Proven track record of translating computational innovation into tangible R&D; outcomes.
