Job Title: Communications Manager Location: Hyderabad, India Type of hire: Full time : Client is looking for a hands-on Communications Manager to support its Hyderabad GCC build-out. The role should operate closely with a very senior leader, work confidently with executive stakeholders, and independently shape communication narratives for the GCC. The person should also connect into Client’s broader communications network and act as a country-level communications lead/manager.

Key requirements - 10–15 years of experience in communications - Experience working in a GCC workplace - Financial services experience preferred - Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate there - Able to work as a hands-on operator, not just a strategic advisor - Comfortable operating alongside a very senior leader - Able to engage with the XCO/executive level - Self-directed;





does not require close guidance - Strong at building communication narratives independently - Able to connect with the wider Client communications network and serve as a country communications lead/manager Draft responsibilities - Develop and drive internal communication narratives for the Hyderabad GCC - Partner closely with local leadership during the GCC scale-up - Support executive communications and leadership messaging - Align Hyderabad communications with Clients broader communications framework - Act as a key communications point of contact for the local GCC - Create clear, effective messaging for organizational updates, growth initiatives, and stakeholder engagement Candidate profile - Strong execution mindset - Mature stakeholder management skills - Able to balance strategy with day-to-day delivery - Comfortable in a fast-scaling GCC environment - Likely to bring credibility with both business leaders and corporate communications teams
