Company Description Beyond Fika is a multidisciplinary design studio where the Swedish concept of “Fika”—mindfulness, joy, and human connection—meets contemporary architecture and interiors. Founded in 2022 by architect Juwairia Qamruddin, the studio is based in Lucknow with offices in Mahanagar, Lucknow and Greater Noida, Delhi. A team of around 25 architects and interior designers collaborates on projects of varying scale and complexity across multiple sectors.

With a portfolio of over 200 completed projects, Beyond Fika is known for cutting-edge, human-centered design and cutting-edge methodologies. The studio offers a creative environment for design professionals who want to craft meaningful spaces and grow with a passionate team.

Role Description The Communications Designer will work full time on-site in Lucknow, collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and leadership to shape and articulate the studio’s visual and verbal identity.

Responsibilities include developing visual communication materials, designing marketing and corporate collateral, and creating brand-consistent graphics for presentations, proposals, social media, and digital platforms. The role involves translating complex design concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives and ensuring brand coherence across all touchpoints.





The Communications

Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, support client-facing communications, and maintain design assets and templates to streamline internal and external communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Communication Design and Visual Communication to create clear, engaging narratives and visual systems.
- Experience in Branding and Corporate Design to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across channels.
- Proficiency in Graphics, including layout design and digital assets for print and online media.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and familiarity with presentation software.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling abilities, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary studio environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in architecture, interior design, and spatial storytelling is highly beneficial; prior experience in design or creative industries is a plus.
