About the OpportunityMuthoot Group is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented candidates to join our team as Sales Interns in Kottayam.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring sales professionals to gain practical experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development, while building a long-term career with the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and identify potential customers.

Meet prospective customers and explain products and services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Conduct field visits and customer meetings when required.

Maintain regular records and reports of sales activities.

Support business development and promotional activities.

Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives.





EligibilityFreshers are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales and business development.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work with targets.

Candidates from Kottayam and nearby areas are preferred.

Stipend & Career Growth₹14,000 Monthly Stipend The internship period is 6 months. Candidates who successfully complete the internship and demonstrate good performance will have an opportunity for career progression to the Assistant Manager level.
