Role Description The Clinical Operations Associate – Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The associate will support clinical operations teams by assisting with documentation, data entry, and coordination of activities related to clinical projects and training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping with preparation of study materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the monitoring and tracking of clinical activities.

The role also involves collaborating with trainers and medical professionals, contributing to research tasks, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. The associate will frequently communicate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and support learners participating in clinical and healthcare-focused programs.

Qualifications

- Only freshers are eligible to apply.
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine or Life Sciences and interest in clinical operations.




- Robust Communication skills for interacting with trainers, learners, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct basic Research, gather information, and support documentation in clinical contexts.
- Aptitude for Training support, including assisting with sessions, learning materials, and learner coordination.
- Understanding or exposure to Clinical Trials processes and regulatory and ethical considerations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with digital documentation and data systems.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and build a long-term career in clinical operations and healthcare.
