Role Description The Clinical Documentation Associate - Fresher role is a full time. The role involves reviewing and organizing clinical documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of medical records, and maintaining standardized documentation formats.

Responsibilities include supporting clinical teams by updating patient data, assisting with basic report preparation, and verifying that documentation complies with internal guidelines and relevant healthcare standards.

The Clinical Documentation

Associate will collaborate with trainers and senior staff to understand clinical workflows, participate in training sessions, and continuously improve documentation quality. Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Medicine or Life Sciences, with an understanding of basic clinical terminology.




- Strong Communication skills, including clear written documentation and the ability to coordinate with clinical and training teams.
- Research skills to gather, verify, and interpret clinical information from multiple sources.
- Interest or exposure to Training and Clinical Trials processes, with willingness to learn standard clinical documentation practices.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to follow structured workflows and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical documentation tools; familiarity with electronic health records is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
