Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineering Faculty role located in Patna. The faculty member will deliver classroom lectures, problem-solving sessions, and doubt-clearing classes for Civil Engineering subjects relevant to GATE, UPSC-ESE, and other technical examinations. Daily responsibilities include preparing detailed lesson plans, creating and updating teaching materials, designing practice questions and tests, and evaluating student performance.

The role also involves providing academic counseling, tracking learner progress, and offering personalized feedback to help students strengthen core concepts.



The faculty member will collaborate with other educators to refine course content, align with exam patterns, and participate in workshops, seminars, and faculty meetings to enhance teaching quality.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in core Civil Engineering subjects (e.g., Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Fluid Mechanics).
- Demonstrated expertise in exam-oriented teaching for GATE, UPSC-ESE, or similar technical competitive examinations.
- Ability to design high-quality study materials, practice questions, and test papers that align with current exam patterns.
- Effective classroom management, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Commitment to student mentoring, including individual doubt resolution, performance tracking, and constructive feedback.
- Master’s degree or strong bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution; qualifying GATE or ESE is highly preferred.
- Comfort with using digital tools for content delivery, test administration, and student progress monitoring.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and contribute to ongoing curriculum improvement.
