- Talk to people & make customers feel instantly welcome
- Serve food, coffee & drinks with confidence + good energy
- Create vibes (yes, this is genuinely part of the job)
- Build relationships & turn guests into regulars
- Help choose playlists — your music taste matters here
- Learn cafe operations & how a premium specialty cafe actually runs
- Be part of events, creativity, ideas & controlled chaos
- Bring your personality to work
