Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving operational excellence across the organization. The COO will lead business planning and execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives. This role will oversee financial and resource planning, track performance against key metrics, and implement processes to improve efficiency, quality,



and customer satisfaction.

The COO will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to scale service delivery, manage risk, and support growth initiatives in AI, data, and enterprise performance management offerings. The role also includes building strong internal capabilities, mentoring leaders, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Planning and strategic planning skills to define and execute operational roadmaps.
- Proven experience in Operations Management, including process optimization and cross-functional coordination.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage P&L;, cost controls, and investment prioritization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in IT services, consulting, or technology product organizations.
- Ability to work in office in Kochi and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in AI, data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise performance management is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
