Role Description The Public Relations Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role plans and executes PR strategies that enhance the company’s brand visibility and reputation, particularly in the affordable housing segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, managing media outreach, organizing press conferences or briefings, and maintaining robust relationships with journalists and media outlets.

Manager also develops communication plans for key announcements, monitors media coverage, responds to inquiries, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. This role involves regular reporting on PR outcomes and recommending improvements to communication strategies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Public Relations and Media Relations.
Candidates should possess proven experience in drafting and managing Press Releases.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills.
Candidates should possess the ability to plan and execute PR campaigns and brand communication initiatives.
Relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
