We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to manage our store operations, lead the retail team, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
Monitor key retail KPIs and store performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations.
Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily store closing procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.




Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store operations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in retail/store management.
Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
Solid communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Positive understanding of retail operations and KPIs.
Basic knowledge of POS and MS Office.
Target-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
